Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Real Wellness, Inc will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 14 days. Partial refunds will be paid via check. Prior to returning, items customer must contact us at [email protected] to receive return authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from Real Wellness, Inc. will not be refunded. Once an authorized returned item has been received, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued. Processing time can be difficult to predict, so we cannot make specific guarantees on refunds, but please do not hesitate to reach out to Real Wellness, Inc if a refund has not appeared within 6-10 business days.
